when you rate a mexican on hiw hot they are using a special 1-10 scale for mexicans. one stands for mexican ugly, ten stands for mexican hot. a ten is about a 2 on the normal hotness scale.
even though she is an ugly b-st-rd, she is mexican, so she gets an 8. that is a fair mexivaluation.
