milk run
(n) a very easy task, usually used in the air force to define an easy mission
that quiz was a milk run; i didn’t even need to study to p-ss it.
1. an uneventful military mission with no incidents
2. an unscrupulous campaign for political funds
they though it was going to be a milk run, but things got hectic.
whenever you don’t have any lunch money and you go around the lunchroom asking people for the things they don’t want so you can get something to eat or drink.
joe: hey man im mighty hungry… got any money?
bob: nah dude sorry… im broke.
joe: we’ll lets go on a milk run.
