Miltenberg
there is this little town on the main river located in the region of franconia germany, that is called miltenberg. the locals refer to it as the “pearl of the main.” it’s pretty, it’s romantic & well known for it’s local beer called “fist beer” (faust bier) plus; it’s done up in the old bavarian style called fachwerk. (pr-nounced fock -verk) every year they throw a hoe-down called the michaelismesse. a local 2 week party in the end of august that is similar to a u.s. state or county fair just done german style.
