Mimpy
a person who is generally a bit slow and gross whilst behaving in a dumb way. this should be accompanied by droopy physical features such as a flabby arm or neck. this word originated in england and should be pr-nounced with a lot of emphasis on the second “m”.
person 1 :”ugh, did you see that new boy called danny?” person 2: “yeah, d-mn he was so mimpy!”
