one who is restricted in the richness of their online experience due to being contstrained to (or insisting on ) using a mobile device with its accompanying lack of plugins and small screen size.
also one who misses out on real life experience due to attention being focussed on their device all the time.
that site is all flash based, i can’t see a thing on this phone, what a mobitard!
