the act of only cutting one’s front yard while leaving the back yard gr-ss long and unkempt, in order to increase curb appeal and pacify one’s spouse and neighbors without spending too much time on the project. similar to a popular southern hairstyle.
thor was tired of stephanie’s nagging about the lawn but also wanted to watch the wnba finals, so he just gave the yard a mowlett and called it a day.
