a symptom brought on the day after heavy drinking where one is not hungover yet they are unable to use their brain to think properly.

symptoms could include stuttering, mumbling, and excessively long pauses when responding to a simple question
ex 1: dude, luis drank so much last night that he’s got mush mind today.

ex 2: no one seems to be thinking straight today at work, must be mush mind monday
