used to reffer to those who live above you in an appartment building. it is really used regardless of race. it stems from an occasion when a female above screamed ‘i’m black and i’m proud’ and proceeded to throw her copious ammounts of weight around on the tiles above. shaking the ceiling as well as any fixtures attached to the ceiling. this commonly used term though can refer to any noisy neighbors above you.
