NALGO
acronym, ‘not a lot going on’. useful for summing up quiet times/days in online status updates when characters are limited i.e. on twitter. particularly favoured by people who consider it will be of interest to their friends & followers to know that there is not a lot going on, whoever these people are.
e.g: ‘boring day at work. nalgo.’ ‘x is juz chillin on the beach today, nalgo.’
can also be used ironically: ‘guy just got run over by a car outside the office, ambulances and police everywhere. nalgo.’
