a syndrome found in people who have abnormal behaviors such as: stating random facts,saying random words,crazy att-tude,can have bad tempers,mood swings,throw objects at ceiling fans,are loud,have many laughs,are starnge,weird,unusual, and are overal unique people with their own style and personality not able to be replicated by others.
