nano nap
an unintentional, seconds-long nap that you take most often in cl-ss or a really boring meeting. so short that usually n-body but you notices.
i caught myself taking a nano nap on that conference call.
a very short nap, lasting only a minute or so. shorter than a cat nap, a nano nap is used to just focus your mind or recharge quickly. you can take a nano nap in nearly any position in any location.
although nano naps are very refreshing, i don’t recommend taking one in your car waiting on a red light.
