short for new roch-lle, a suburb of nyc with around 72,000 people, with 3 parts to it, the upper-cl-ss sn-bfest (wykagyl), the middle cl-ss area, and downtown. the middle cl-ss are contianed in wykagyl, however most there are upper-cl-ss. not much here but new roc city, an entertainment facility with movies, bowling, mini-golf, and the like, frequentented by people from the bronx. also the home of thomas paine, author of common sense, a doc-ment which contributed to the revolutionary war.
