a nisher, also known as a hosh or bluntosh, is a gutted cigar that is subsequently packed with marijuana. it is toasted and lit. often times, shotties are given when one party puts the nisher into his/her mouth backwards and blows smoke outward into the mouth of a receiving toker. the term was popularized by craig ramey.
