a non-invitation a person gives another (to an event, party, etc) – with the hidden intention that the non-vited person will not attend.
a nonvitation is usually given out of politeness.
when cynthia b-mped into me and michal in the street – she invited us to her birthday. cynthia is michal’s friend but not mine, so this was probably a nonvitation.
