the word ‘nuketered’ similar to the word ‘neutered’, is used to describe a situation where a country’s nuclear weapons program has been ended (either through the use of diplomatic pressure or direct force) and as such the country does not officially have any nuclear weapons.
the effect of the u.s., china, and other major powers pressure and threats of sanctions and military action on north korea has lead their regime to abandon its nuclear weapons program thus rendering them nuketered.
