type of heroin that is named after the 44th president of the united states. very popular as of november 20, 2008. high will cause the user to shout “change we can believe in” at the top of his/her lungs. popular in low income communities.
when i went into bed-stuy for some smack all i could find was this dope obama heroin. sh-t made me think i was in the oval f-cking office, with mich-lle obama as my wife. but she’s ugly so i quickly got off that sh-t.
