Office Tennis
the art of quickly p-ssing an administration task to someone else, with the objective of reducing one’s workload. it is common for the initiator to not fully understand the query, or give their office tennis opponent a summary of what is required. it is often active with several players at any one time.
this is has become more prevalent with the invention of email.
bob gets upset after receiving an office tennis email from lisa, that does not explain what is required or has anything to do with him.
