Oh Whoopie Doo
sarcastic response to a statement made by a third party, meaning you really don’t care at all about it, or that you really do not believe that the third party is telling the truth.
for example someone says that they have just found a small amount of money, you say oh whoopie doo.
meaning: when you want to swear about something but there are children present. you can use it like fudge, shucks,or just about anytime when you can’t think of any other phrase!
your ice cream just fell off its cone….and you say…. “oh whoopie doo.”
