when you are on a meanski it means that you are so messed up on a drugs, alcohol or just random energy that you do h-lla obnoxious or r-t-rded sh-t. the person often has no idea what they are doing.
the “meanski” portion of this phrase refers to the actual “trip” or state of being that the person is in.
it is often you used by people who put “ski” at the end of words ex: burntski, beatski, etc.
