to be “on the crowl” essentially means to be looking for s-x. when a person is said to be “on the crowl” it means that they will stop at nothing to get some. it doesn’t really matter who they end up with, as long as they are satisfied in the end. “on the crowl” can refer to either a man or a woman, but most often will be linked towards the actions of a woman.
