Overparticipator
someone who overly partic-p-tes in an event or conversation. sometimes referred to as an “askhole”, you will commonly find overpartic-p-tors in company meetings asking obvious questions and talking for the sake of just talking while trying to seem as if they are actually partic-p-ting. you will also find overpartic-p-tors in large protests that are there simply to say they are there without knowing the actual cause.
“ugh the new girl was such an overpartic-p-tor in that meeting, it took forever!”
