packard hell
slang for the infamous parckard bell computer systems in the mid ninties . packard h-ll can refer to a computer that prohibits users to access the bios , as these were the first computers to do this . this makes any repair or upgrade a royal pain . it also refers to a computer that runs an anoying program at boot that is un-avoidable .
packard h-ll had to get the h-ll out of the us and flee to britian becase they suck . the name goes on (hey even sh-t rolls down a hill)with hewlit packard who refuses to suport them .
