origin – north woods, wi adjective. pr-nunciation> palms – up. definition – to p-ss out off of a bar stool at 8 a.m. after partying for 11 hours. after p-ssing out, the subject is laying face down in a watery pile of boots. the subject’s arms are at his/her side with the wrists bent as such that the palms of his/her hands are facing up. after some debate, this state of affairs is said to be an s. o. s. from the p-ssed out subject. saying non verbally that “i am done, please help me to bed.”
