Party Obligation
the action of having a party because your friends and/or neighbors have had a party; so you do one in turn under the pressure of guilt.
d-mn, the jacksons, and now the taylors have had picnics at their homes… i guess it is our party obligation to have a picnic at our house, better order-up fried chicken and some malt liquor for next week!
