passive assertive
the act of observing people as they proceed with an activity or action, absolutely refusing to offer an opinion or advice, then after the work is complete if any changes are suggested the p-ssive -ssertive person will explain that’s what they would have done in the first place.
“we’ve been working on this for a week, you haven’t offered a single opinion or suggestion the whole time, and the first time we make a change you can’t resist telling us how that’s how you would’ve done it. you’re so p-ssive -ssertive it makes my eyeb-lls itch.”
