in the video game grand theft auto iv you steal the hummer with the us flag style paint job, drive down the sidewalk, and run over as many people as possible. the vehicle can also be used to ram and destroy as many other cars, lamp post, fire hydrants and prost-tutes as possible.
note: this is a video game and i in no way mean to encourage anyone to steal, destroy, or kill.
