one who gets very angry and belligerent without cause. it is often used in relation to alcohol consumption.
while some people argue that the term originated in western m-ssachusetts, others have traced its genesis to brown university.
the general consensus is that pchoi has no literal etymology, it might be an amalgam of sounds one might make while shooting at another person with proverbial bullets, or insults.
