Pentecost
a historical day in the roman church calendar and also for the world. the “day of pentecost”, referenced in the holy bible in the book of acts, chapter 2, verses 1-4, is to all true christians, the exact moment when man and the holy spirit of g-d became intertwined. pentecost sunday is celebrated every year by “spirit-filled” believers throughout the world and has become a huge part of the “charismatic” christian belief-system, as well as a specific day of celebration in the catholic community.

1and when the day of pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3and there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4and they were all filled with the holy ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the spirit gave them utterance.
the apostles were speaking in tongues on pentecost!
