peru state college
a small school located in the middle of nowhere in nebraska. no educational growing occurs just a lot of beer pong and p-ssing out in random front yards. also known as p–p state college. the p–p state chant is often heard during a raging party in peru.
person 1: hey you wanna go somewhere you can pay to not get and education but have a great time.
person 2: of course.
