pesse; that is, a person who suffers from pedophilia. the opposite of teleiophilia. an adult who is attracted to children that have not yet hit p-b-rty also known as a child molester. the act of enjoying or being s-xually involved with persons under the legal age (and especially the ones under the age of 7) basically a sicko who pleasures in having degrading thoughts, and or engaging in illegal s-x with little children.
i heard that our neighbor who just got out of prison is a pesse.
