Phatass Syndrome


a very debilitating state of mind where the person believes that he/she is popular or well liked by people, even though they are morbidly obese and extremely obnoxious. this person will do almost anything to make themselves seem cool to others, which usually ends up making the victim look like a loser. symptoms include, posting picture of you “smoking weed” (when it is actually your vaporizer, constantly stalking people to “hang out” with them, and being nice to pretty girls and expecting to get laid because of this.
oh no, it looks like jimmy has developed phat-ss syndrome and won’t stop texting my girl, i guess i’m going to have to beat his -ss.
