physics position
its when you’re against the bed, lying on the floor, with physics textbooks and papers surrounding you in an arc. you begin with your legs tucked in, feet flat on the floor. you may also be solving many equations on the magical whiteboard (use your imagination) or just pondering black holes in your head.
when ali walked into the room, chris was in the physics position, and she begged him not to move from it.
