pickin pox
the unsightly after-math of a tweaker that picks his/her skin in an attempt to remove what is or is not there.
“i thought she had chicken pox until i i found out she was a tweeker with pickin pox!”
the result of an evening spent staring into the bathroom mirror removing ingrown hairs or other miscellaneous things from ones skin with tweezers. usually done while under the influence of methamphetamine.
would you cut that out? hand over your tweezers…. keep it up and tomorrow you’re gonna end up with pickin’ pox!
