pingcronym
an online texting or chatting acronym created by using chinese pinyin words. these pincronyms are commonly used by chinese-americans in conversations comprised of both english and chinese together.
examples of pingcronyms:
nrm = niu rou mien (beef noodle soup)
nzgsm = ne zai gan she me (what are you doing)
z = zao (chinese form of good morning)
zj = zai jian (goodbye)
hh = heng hao (very good or great)
common pingcronym usage example would be:
person a: z!
person b: z! nzgsm?
