Pink Note
a note that causes -rg-sm, most commonly seen on the 20th fret of the high e string on a guitar. acheived after a blistering solo and usually sustained for a couple seconds in order to acheive the pink note. other high frets are also considered to be pink note material.
guitarist1 “dude, i just played the second heartbeat solo for my girlfriend and she -rg-smed!”
guitarist2 “ahhh, the pink note, 20th fret right?”
guitarist1 “yeah, it was amazing!”
