pr-nounced pis hahy. it is often said with the two words slurred as one.
p-ss high is used when an individual is high out of their f-cking mind. their motor skills are delayed and they bug about absolutely nothing or simply sit on the couch with a severe case of the munches. essentially, it has the same meaning as “p-ss drunk” without the throwing up and the nonsense of alcohol.
