pizza poo
a m-ssive poo that occurs on sat-rday morning after you eat a lot of pizza on friday night.
i ordered a large cheese pizza from pizza hut and ate the whole thing. the next morning i woke up and went straight to the toilet to unload all the pizza. my b-tthole stings from all the poo that came out. must have been a pizza poo.
