someone who is forced to put up with ignorance beyond belief of the public without the liberty of bringing that ignorance to their attention without being terminated. also telling the police what little information can be obtained from these idiots and sending them into situations they have no clue about.
caller; “i just saw someone get robbed!”
police dispatcher: “where?”
caller: “i don’t know and i’m not sure what they looked like, what they were wearing, if they had any weapons, if they were black or white, if they had a car, or which way they went!”
police dispatcher: “ugh, ok, what can you tell me that will help us find this person?”
caller: “nothing! just go get them!”
