2. a portage rider is a redneck indian that loves to listen to country music, party in the farms, and wear ugly worker boots. also, a portage rider will make fun of fat drag queens that want b-tt s-x and food from mcdonalds, because they are very racist.
a portage rider came up to me today and told me how bad -ss that party was at his farm.
i knew that man was a portage rider from the way he wore those ugly boots and laughed at me for being a man and wearing a fat dress.
