some one who somokes marijuana all the time, and is constantly looking to get high.24/7 once they come down from their high, they get stoned again. mostly a neggative person that acts like a rat always trying to smoke pot and smokes the blunt or joint past the roach.always talks neggatively and uses sarcasm like a buster
