Pseudemocracy
a country masquerading as a democracy but is really not. most commonly it is actually freer than an autocracy or an oligarchy but is far from being a true democracy. a typical pseudemocracy will have two dominant political parties who pretend to be divided on certain issues but are in reality, the same party under different names
