“putin law” (also called: “the putin laws”):
1. is the “right” to invade a country because another country rejects a russian puppet leader.

2. the “right” to invade a country because there are russian speakers or russian “interest” (undefined).

3. to make light of military conflicts by russian military.
4. to make light of criminals in russia or abroad.
