quarter life adventure
unlike the quarter life crisis, which causes its suffers to become moopy and disillusioned, people experiencing the quarter-life adventure are usually exciting and awesome.
instead of giving in to the pressure to become a responsible and productive member of society, quarter life adventurers go wild and use the experience to justify anything and everything that they want to do. most quarter life adventurers quit their jobs if they have one to go travel and seek adventure. it is an extremely wild and unconventional thing to do, but nonetheless pretty awesome. after all, life’s too short to be anything but happy.
i just spent all of my students loans on a skydiving trip in bali. my friends think i’m having a quarter life crisis but i think i’m on a quarter life adventure.
