used to describe someone (usually a women) who is a quarter (one forth) puerto rican.
they are usually watered down white but still have the but still have the b-tt to prove their puero rican heritage.

a quarter of a puerto rican!
person1: so if her grandmother is full blooded puerto rican and her father is half… what does that make her??
