raiden rave hat: a hat based on the mortal combat character raiden which is made of an asian conical hat laced with either glow sticks on top in a ring or dangling around the rim. the st-rdiness of the hat depends on whether the glowsticks where laced through the hat versus building in a system to change out the sticks without destroying the hat each time.
