when you wake up in the morning after a long night of hard core drinking and smoking and you get up and don’t brush your teeth
as an example, giggles woke up from a crazy night of drinking and smoking at a friends house (without brushing her teeth when she woke up). when she woke up she tried talking to her friend, first thing that was said was “d-mn you have some serious ratchet mouth!”
