the abbreviated term for ‘royal canadian air cadets’. they are viewed as ‘teenage sc-m turned pilot’ by most outside of the organization. there are about 25,000 of them and can be seen everywhere in canada. most commonly spotted near a airfield, in brightly colored glider, in cl-ssroom or selling tags outside all doors at a shopping center.
