an even grosser twist on the blumpkin that i randomly thought of one day. it is when a girl performs a blumpkin on a guy when he is sh-tting in a port-o-potty/port-o-john. rumored to happen at the most redneck of places such as county fairs, nascar races and tractor pulls.
mary-sue gave billy-bob a redneck blumpkin at the tractor pull. this caused all billy-bob’s friends to immediately become jealous and wish they could get one too. billy-bob was later quoted as saying “i’m gonna marry that girl one day”.
