a reissue is a re-released version of a previously released product or a compilation of previously released material
after an item gets high demand and the product is not available any longer, the owner of the product can reissue it. a greatest hits alb-m and a boxed set are 2 forms of reissued recordings, an expanded release of a previously released item is a reissue. complete shakespeare anthologies are reissues of his plays in a volume.
