Reverse Conformist
someone who conforms by believing that they are not conforming. if someone ever calls themself a nonconformist they are thus a conformist by conforming to a group of noncomforists.
to be a true nonconformist you must do your own thing but be chill about it. don’t have it in your mind that you are a nonconformist, have it in your mind that you are you. not part of a group, not a nonconformist, just you.
emo kids who believe that they are nonconformists by not being preps when they are just conforming to the emo mold by believing that and thus becoming a reverse conformist.
